Our line cooks perform all food preparation activities and ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and quality are maintained. The line cook’s responsibilities include assisting the Kitchen Manager in preparing entrées, assisting with expo and following food safety guidelines. Line cooks may also assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.

We are growing, and we need more people on our team! Broussard’s Cajun Cuisine is accepting applications for a Guest Services Manager to supervise daily front of house restaurant operations. Guest Services Manager responsibilities include:
• Leading the host/hostess station and staff, leading and developing servers
• Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and delivering on our brand promise: Where great food and great times connect.
• Complying with safety and cleanliness standards
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to lead front of house staff and guide them to deliver outstanding guest interactions. Ultimately, the Guest Services Manager will ensure all guests have a superior dining experience.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Guest Services or Front of House Manager
• Hands-on experience leading servers and hosts/hostesses
• Training and team development skills
• Familiarity with suggestive selling and upsetting techniques
• Excellent organizational skills
• Conflict management and guest recovery skills
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
